On December 2nd, our company’s Reading Youth Book Club launched a “Winter Reading Experience ”book sharing activity. The members of the book club gathered at Dongli Bookstore to make an appointment with words, sounds, and everyone.Carol Dweck’s “Lifelong Growth” introduces two modes of thinking: fixed and growth, which reflect two basic mindsets when dealing with success and failure, achievement and challenge. The importance of intelligence and effort, and whether ability can be changed through effort, determines whether people will be satisfied with existing achievements or actively explore new knowledge. Only by approaching problems with the correct mindset can we better achieve our life and career goals.
In the form of letters and columns, the author carefully analyzes 18 daily life scenarios and real cases to teach you the secrets and learning methods of language expression. The members of the reading club also shared excellent books such as “The Moon and Sixpence”, “The Great Transfer of Knowledge”, “Time for harvest”, and “The Elements of Happiness”. Together, we met the power of upward life and discovered more possibilities through reading.
