Recently, the company organized a 2020 salary consultation meeting to provide employees’ representatives with a platform to exercise their democratic rights to better seek happiness for employees and development for the enterprise.
The company’s management, heads of departments and employee representatives from all positions attended the meeting. We had a discussion about the summary of 2019 annual work , employee representatives’ speeches, management’s answers to questions, and the formulation of a salary plan for 2020.

The company’s management team answered questions and doubts about employees ‘issues, actively communicated with employees’ representatives, proposed solutions for specific problem resolution processes and post-acceptance inspections, and appointed designated personnel to solve them regularly, to better improve the operating mechanism and improve management levels.
After discussions at the meeting, everyone reached a consensus and raised their hands to vote on the 2020 salary plan.
