The weather in Jiangnan is good, and the winter scenery is like spring flowers. On January 17, the 2025 Women Entrepreneurs (Women Executives) Forum of Guanlin Town was held in our company, which further gathered the consensus of women entrepreneurs, stimulated the enthusiasm of women entrepreneurs to start businesses, and comprehensively promoted the new practice of Chinese path to modernization of Guanlin to contribute wisdom. Chen Weineng, Deputy Mayor of Yixing Municipal People’s Government and Party Secretary of Guanlin Town, Shi Minghua, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Municipal Women’s Federation, Wang Yudong, Deputy Secretary of the Town Party Committee, Cao Lini, Deputy Mayor, Jiang Xiaochong, Vice Chairman of the Municipal Women’s Federation, and representatives of female entrepreneurs (executives) attended the symposium.
At the symposium, Vice Mayor Chen Weineng sent a message to female entrepreneurs:

Maintain the entrepreneurial spirit of ’440000′, focus on the goal of ‘sprinting towards 200 billion’, leverage the meticulous and rigorous advantages of female entrepreneurs, manage meticulously and operate steadily at all times, help enterprises find the best path for development, and support the ‘half sky’ of the development of Guanlin enterprises.
Be a good female entrepreneur who pursues light with love. Actively participating in charitable causes, caring for vulnerable groups, giving back to society with practical actions, building hometown, and benefiting the people, being a female entrepreneur with great love, responsibility, and a sense of social responsibility, and jointly creating a strong atmosphere of love and friendliness among officials and the public.
The general manager of the company, Bian Jiao, led more than 30 female entrepreneurs (female executives) to visit the company and provided detailed information on enterprise research and development, enterprise planning, women’s micro homes, and other related matters.
Company chairman Wang Junlin delivered a welcome speech.
Wei Tao, vice president of Guanlin Court of Yixing Court, gave a special lecture on “Regulating Commercial Transactions and Preventing Commercial Risks” involving enterprise judicial cases. Combining with classic cases, he focused on interpreting enterprise contract signing, practical handling of common contract disputes and other aspects, helping enterprises to improve their awareness and ability to prevent legal risks.
At the event, participants reviewed the work of the Town Women’s Federation in 2024 through video clips. Rui Yiyun, part-time vice chairman of the Municipal Women’s Federation and president of the Guanlin Town Women Entrepreneurs Association, made a concluding speech. Representatives of female entrepreneurs (female executives) exchanged speeches and expressed their opinions, jointly seeking high-quality development of the local economy and enterprises.
